IT'S
FUCKFACE!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When I go to play
your games, it says that I am missing some required DLL files. What gives?
Ah, a common problem with
non-SP Gamers. Just simply download this
file, and unzip it into your Windows folder (usually C:\Windows).
That should hopefully solve any problems regarding missing files.
What program do
you make games with?
I use Multimedia Fusion
Express, which is basically Click & Create with a few bug fixes. However, my
really early games were made in Klik 'N Play, and you may come across the
ocassional Beamer Game made in The Games Factory.
I have noticed
that the descriptions of some of your games/midis have changed over time. What
gives?
Well, yes - you're right.
Descriptions of certain material on this site HAVE occasionally changed -
sometimes the SCORES have even changed too. This is because that over time, my
average standard has improved (hell, just compare my 2004 midis to my 2001 ones)
and so the scores of certain old things on this site change accordingly with the
new standards. I try to make everything fair. As for the descriptions -
sometimes I remember new things I should add to them, and sometimes I notice
things in them that aren't really important... it's not a big deal though, the
material itself will always remain unchanged here at Beamer Games Online!
What happened to
Butters Pro Skating 2?
When BPS2 started
screwing up and getting lots of bugs, mainly with it's "Grind"
function, I decided to put it on hiatus. It was really pissing me off. A LOT.
When I went back to working on it, I just couldn't handle the bugs.
How can I
affiliate with Beamer Games Online?
Check out the
"Support BGO" section.
How many hits
does Beamer Games Online get?
About 120 hits a week on
average.
What does SPGF/BGO/SPG/SPGA/STA
stand for?
SPGF stands for the South
Park Gaming Forums. BGO stands for Beamer Games Online. SPG stands for South
Park Game/Gaming. SPGA stands for the South Park Gaming Archives, and STA stands
for Smiley Town Arcade.
What program do
you make midis with?
I use a rather crappy
program called Midisoft Recording Session.
What is a "SP:OP
style midi?"
Ever played South Park:
Omega Project by Stanster? Well, the first few levels on that game have a
specific style of music that myself, Junkman and Stanster refer to as "SP:OP
style."
Who rates the
games and midis on this site?
Usually I rate them on my
own based on my personal opinion, but often I will change the score if someone
disagrees with it. In fact, I'd say Junkman's and Stanster's comments usually
effect about 2 thirds of the ratings on midis.
How many people
run Beamer Games Online?
Just me, Beamer. However,
many other people have made various contributions to the site, so I can't take
all the credit.
Why don't you
make Sonic/Megaman games anymore?
To be honest, I really
just got sick of it.
FUCK-FAAAAAAAAAAACE, YEAH!
